Certified Grief Coach
As a Certified Grief Coach I am committed to providing the highest level of grief support through education, experience, and insights into the often unacknowledged rocky terrain of grief. To become a certified grief coach I completed a certificate program designed by world-renowned grief expert, David Kessler. I will bring his unique methodology, tools, and decades of experience to help you navigate the challenges of grief.
Yoga
I am a LivFree® 500 certified yoga teacher. You can find me teaching classes at The Yoga Shop. I also offer private group classes in Meditation, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga & Yoga Nidra. All sessions promote healing by connecting your breath to your mind, your emotional and physical body. When we allow ourselves to move our physical bodies we are able to navigate through the emotional pain in a safe way.
Usui Reiki
I am a Level II Usui Reiki practitioner. Reiki is, universal life force energy. Practitioners use Reiki to activate our body’s natural ability to heal itself. When healing begins we are able to begin to release energy blocks typically caused by grief, emotional repression and stress.
Integrated Energy Therapy
I am a Level II IET Practitioner. Integrated Energy Therapy works with the integration channel. This channel serves in rebalancing the energy of our body’s cellular memory. Our cellular memory holds onto and stores emotions, trauma, and past experiences until we can release them. IET works with the body’s natural ability to rebalance.
